#GPGYogaChallenge

This past week, I was fortunate enough to take part in the Guinea Pigging Green Yoga Challenge (#gpgyogachallenge) on Instagram. Guinea Pigging Green is a fantastic podcast, hosted by the beautiful and talented Stephanie Pellett and Laura Fraser, focusing on health, wellness, and eco-friendliness.

Each day of the #gpgyogachallenge had a different theme, allowing participants to post photos of poses that empower, challenge, and ground them, performing yoga with a partner, or taking their practice to the great outdoors. The #gpgyogachallenge was a great success and I’m so happy to have been apart of it! Many thanks to Stephanie and Laura!

Check out photos from my personal Instagram below, and make sure to follow Guinea Pigging Green on Instagram and Facebook!
